Lynn N. Hughes

Education:

Lynn is a long-time residence of Las Vegas, having grown up in the area.  In 1994, Lynn earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.  After graduating, he relocated to Indianapolis where he began attending the Indiana University School of Law.  In 1997, upon graduation from law school he relocated with his family back to Las Vegas where he has remained for over twenty years.

Work Experience:

Lynn’s early career had a variety of legal practice areas, including insurance defense, personal injury, medical malpractice, and construction.  However, in the past 13 years, he has focused on  family law, guardianship, and estate planning.  Through this range of experience, he has been able to gain valuable litigation experience, including jury trials, mediations, arbitrations, discovery, investigations, etc.  This experience is put to work to ensure your interests are protected.

Lynn has unique experience that allows him to have a prospective not available to many attorneys.  Over the last ten years, he has acted as a pro tem judge in the Clark County traffic court, small claims court, for more than ten years, and still acts as a pro tem judge in the mental health court, guardianship and probate courts.

Personal Interests:

Lynn is active in the Boy Scouts, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and has a wife and four children that take up a good deal of his time.  He understands the needs of families, of businesses and of the community.
